These Easy 6-Ingredient One-Bowl Brownies are the ultimate fuss-free dessert for chocolate lovers. Made with sweetened condensed milk for extra fudginess, these brownies require just one bowl and come together in minutes. Perfect for last-minute baking or when you need a quick chocolate fix without complicated steps.
Ingredients
- 115 gbutter, melted
- 397 gsweetened condensed milk (1 can)
- 2 largeeggs
- 75 gunsweetened cocoa powder
- 125 gall-purpose flour
- 1 tspvanilla extract
Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a 20cm x 20cm (8-inch x 8-inch) square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal, and lightly grease the paper.
- 2
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and fully combined, about 1 minute.
- 3
Sift the cocoa powder and flour directly into the wet ingredients to prevent lumps. Stir gently with a wooden spoon or spatula until just combined and no dry streaks remain, being careful not to overmix.
- 4
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly to the edges using a spatula. Tap the pan gently on the counter a few times to release any air bubbles.
- 5
Bake for 28-32 minutes, until the edges look set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter). The top should appear slightly crackled and the center should still have a slight jiggle for fudgy brownies.
- 6
Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack for at least 1 hour. This allows them to set properly for clean cuts.
- 7
Once cooled, lift the brownies out using the parchment paper overhang and transfer to a cutting board. Cut into 16 squares using a sharp knife, wiping the blade clean between cuts for neat edges. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
